ParaZero and ThirdEye Unveil New Battlefield System Designed to Detect and Intercept Drones for Armored Vehicles

By Press Release

ParaZero’s DefendAir paired with ThirdEye’s new armored-vehicle detection layer, following the companies’ September framework announcement to combine detection and physical interception

KFAR SABA, Israel, October 06, 2026– (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRZO) (“ParaZero” or the “Company”), an aerospace defense company pioneering smart, autonomous solutions for the global manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry,

today announced that its DefendAir net-based interception technology is being paired with ThirdEye Systems Ltd.’s (TASE: THES) newly unveiled Iron Web detection product as part of an integrated counter-UAS architecture for armored vehicles.

ThirdEye unveiled Iron Web at ADEX 2026 in Baku. Iron Web is designed to give armored combat vehicles a perimeter drone-detection layer and to complement ThirdEye’s Argus Shield system.

Under the architecture, ThirdEye’s electro-optical and AI-driven detection is intended to find and classify an approaching drone, and DefendAir is intended to provide the last physical layer: a controlled, non-explosive net launch designed to stop the drone before it reaches the vehicle. The same concept is intended to be applicable to critical infrastructure and other sensitive sites.

The announcement builds on the non-binding memorandum of understanding the companies disclosed on September 15, 2026. That MOU set a framework to explore the development, integration and commercialization of a 360° detect-to-defeat solution.

“An armored vehicle needs more than an alert. It needs a proven way to stop the threat,” said Ariel Alon, Chief Executive Officer of ParaZero. “Iron Web brings together two leading technologies: ThirdEye’s detection capabilities and ParaZero’s DefendAir net interceptors. Together, they connect detection with physical interception, setting a new standard in C-UAS protection for armored vehicles.”

DefendAir is designed for integration across personal, mobile, autonomous and fixed-site counter-UAS configurations. ParaZero and ThirdEye intend to continue the integration and commercialization work described in their September MOU.

The DefendAir product family and ThirdEye’s Iron Web will be showcased at ParaZero’s booth at the AUSA Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., October 12–14, within the SIBAT (Israeli Ministry of Defense) National Defense Pavilion, Booth #739.

ParaZero Signs an MOU with a Tier-1 European Defense Company to Integrate Autonomous Counter-UAS System across its Armored Vehicle Arsenal

By Press Release

MOU followed an initial DefendAir Net Pods order and lay down plans for joint demonstration and on-site ParaZero engineering support for vehicle integration

KFAR SABA, Israel, Sep. 9, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRZO) (“ParaZero” or the “Company”), an aerospace defense company pioneering smart, autonomous solutions for the global manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry, today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with a leading European Defense Company, to advance the development of a vehicle-integrated active protection system designed to protect armored platforms against incoming attack drones.

The collaboration is intended to combine the Tier-1 armored vehicle with ParaZero’s DefendAir net-based physical interception technology. The system is designed to provide armored platforms a built-in, autonomous, Counter-UAS protection layer capable of physically intercepting an approaching hostile drone before it reaches the vehicle.

The cooperation has already progressed into active integration work, following an initial purchase of DefendAir Net Pods for integration. As part of this phase, ParaZero’s engineering team are expected to travel to the Tier-1 company facility in Europe, to provide on-site technical support and work directly on the integration process.

Modern armored vehicles were designed primarily to withstand conventional battlefield threats, including ballistic fire, mines, improvised explosive devices, rockets and anti-tank missiles. The rapid proliferation of small FPV attack drones and has introduced a fundamentally different threat profile.

These drones can approach armored vehicles from multiple directions, pursue moving platforms and strike exposed or less-protected areas with high precision. Their speed, maneuverability, low signature and comparatively low cost have made them a persistent risk to vehicles, crews and maneuvering forces.

Electronic warfare remains an important part of Counter-UAS defense, but it does not provide a universal response. Fiber-optic-controlled, autonomously navigating and other communications-resilient drones may continue toward their targets even when conventional radio-frequency links are disrupted.

This new threat creates a requirement for layered vehicle protection that extends beyond passive armor and electronic countermeasures to include an integrated physical interception capability.

The system contemplated under the MOU applies the principle of active protection to the drone threat. Rather than relying only on the vehicle to withstand an impact, the integrated capability is intended to actively engage and physically stop an incoming drone before it reaches the platform. ParaZero’s DefendAir Net Pods are designed to provide this final interception layer through controlled, non-explosive, net-based neutralization.

“Active protection can no longer be designed only around traditional anti-armor threats. The modern armored platform must also be capable of defeating a small, fast attack drone at its final approach,” said Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero Technologies. “Together with this European Giant, we are working to integrate DefendAir as an organic protection layer within the vehicle itself. The upcoming on-site engineering work demonstrate that this cooperation is already advancing from strategic alignment into practical integration.”

DefendAir’s modular Net Pod architecture is designed for integration into vehicle-mounted, autonomous, remotely operated and fixed Counter-UAS systems. The system provides defense manufacturers and platform integrators with a physical interception component that can be incorporated into broader protection architectures according to the platform, threat profile and operational environment.

For ParaZero, the collaboration supports the Company’s strategy of establishing DefendAir as the net-based physical interception layer within next-generation defense platforms. By working directly with Tier-1 vehicle manufacturers and system integrators, ParaZero aims to embed its technology into broader defense programs and support the transition from individual Counter-UAS products to integrated, platform-level protection capabilities.

ParaZero Receives First DefendAir Order from U.S. Federal Agency, Marking Entry into the U.S. Counter-UAS Market

By Press Release

Order includes DefendAir net launchers, Net Pods and on-site operator training by ParaZero, underscoring the Company’s approach to delivering operational Counter-UAS capability beyond hardware

KFAR SABA, Israel, August 25, 2026 – ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRZO) (“ParaZero” or the “Company”), an aerospace defense company pioneering smart, autonomous solutions for the global manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry, today announced that it has received its first order for DefendAir from a U.S. government entity, representing the Company’s first sale of DefendAir to a U.S. federal customer.

The order, placed by a U.S. federal security entity, includes DefendAir net launchers, Net Pods and a dedicated on-site training program to be delivered by ParaZero personnel.

The order represents the adoption of DefendAir by a U.S. government customer and reflects a broader shift taking place internationally as government, defense and security organizations increasingly recognize that the expansion of small drones requires practical defensive capabilities that can be deployed close to the people, assets and missions they are responsible for protecting.

As part of the order, ParaZero’s team will provide on-site practical training directly to the customer’s operators, supporting system familiarization, correct deployment and the development of operator proficiency through hands-on use.

This approach reflects ParaZero’s broader philosophy toward Counter-UAS: providing customers not simply with interception hardware, but with the technology, training and operational support required to transform that hardware into a usable defensive capability.

“Counter-UAS capability is not created when a box arrives. It is created when trained operators can deploy the system confidently and act when seconds matter,” said Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero Technologies. “This first order from a U.S. government entity is particularly important for ParaZero because it reflects something much larger that we are seeing internationally. Governments and security organizations increasingly understand that the drone threat is no longer theoretical, and they are moving toward practical solutions to protect people, sensitive locations and critical missions.” Alon continued: “Our approach extends beyond supplying launchers and Net Pods. DefendAir is designed to provide customers with an operational capability supported by training and hands-on preparation. We believe this approach is increasingly important as Counter-UAS solutions move from evaluation to real-world deployment.”

Small drones have rapidly expanded from a predominantly military concern into a security challenge affecting government facilities, critical infrastructure, public environments and other sensitive locations. As this threat expands, ParaZero is seeing growing interest in DefendAir from defense forces, government organizations, security agencies and defense companies across multiple international markets. The new U.S. government order adds another category of end user to that growing interest and reinforces the Company’s strategy of establishing DefendAir as a practical physical interception layer within modern Counter-UAS architectures.

DefendAir uses ParaZero’s net-based interception technology to physically stop hostile drones without relying on an explosive warhead or conventional gunfire. Its various configurations are designed to support multiple operational environments, including individual operators, mobile forces, vehicles, strategic sites and autonomous Counter-UAS platforms.

The manually operated DefendAir configuration provides security personnel with an immediate physical interception capability for the final layer of defense, particularly in environments where a hostile drone has penetrated other defensive layers and where the consequences of conventional interception methods may be unacceptable.

ParaZero and Axon Vision Introduce New ForceField Counter-UAS Configuration with DefendAir Net-Based Interception

By Press Release

Integrated capability combines ForceField’s Edge AI architecture with ParaZero’s controlled anon-explosive physical interception technology

KFAR SABA, Israel, July 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRZO) (the “Company” or “ParaZero”), an aerospace defense company pioneering smart, autonomous solutions for the global manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry, today announced a new integrated Counter-UAS capability combining ParaZero’s DefendAir Net Pod with Axon Vision’s ForceField Edge AI-powered defense system.

The new configuration is designed to provide critical infrastructure, airports, energy facilities, homeland security assets and other sensitive sites with an integrated Counter-UAS solution that combines passive electro-optical detection, artificial intelligence-driven threat analysis, engagement management and controlled, non-explosive, net-based physical interception.

The integration introduces DefendAir as an additional response capability within the Axon Vision’s ForceField family, enabling the system to address operational environments where controlled physical interception is preferred.

While the initial ForceField configuration is designed to protect maneuvering forces through an integrated kinetic response, the DefendAir-enabled configuration expands the system’s potential application to fixed and sensitive sites where explosive effects, fragmentation, and rounds downrange may be operationally unwanted.

The integrated solution is built around ForceField’s “Detect, Understand, Respond” operational cycle. ForceField provides passive electro-optical detection, AI-driven analysis, engagement management and Man-on-the-Loop control, while DefendAir provides the autonomous net-based interception capability.

The result is a modular Counter-UAS configuration intended to maintain ForceField’s common Edge AI core, operational workflow and decision-making architecture while supporting an additional interception option.

ParaZero and Axon Vision recently demonstrated the integrated configuration during Axon Vision’s trial campaign in Israel, successfully validating interoperability between the two systems under operationally representative conditions.

The companies have signed a non-binding MOU establishing the framework for the parties’ intention for continued integration, development and potential commercialization of the combined capability, which shall be subject to the execution of definitive documentation.

“Modern Counter-UAS defense requires detection, decision-making and interception capabilities to operate as one integrated architecture,” said Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero Technologies. “The integration with ForceField advances our strategy of establishing DefendAir as the standard for net-based physical interception, while expanding the pathways for leading defense companies and system integrators to deploy our technology across critical and sensitive environments.”

“ForceField was designed from day one as an open and modular operational architecture, rather than a single product configuration. Different operational environments require different engagement capabilities,” said Neri Zin, CEO of Axon Vision. “Our collaboration with ParaZero demonstrates how the same ForceField architecture can support complementary interception options while maintaining the same Edge AI core and operational workflow. This approach allows us to address a broader range of operational requirements while continuing to build the ForceField family around a common technology foundation.”

ForceField’s open and modular architecture is designed to support the integration of complementary sensors and effectors while maintaining a common operational and decision-making foundation.

The integration of DefendAir demonstrates how ParaZero’s Net Pod can serve as a physical interception component within broader Counter-UAS architectures developed by defense manufacturers, autonomous platform companies and system integrators.
